https://www.rawstory.com/qanon-shaman-2650179271/According to reports, the lawyer for Jacob Chansley, also known as the "QAnon Shaman," has offered to have his client testify at Donald Trump's upcoming impeachment trial.
According to Chansley's lawyer Al Watkins, Chansley was "horrendously smitten" by Trump. "He felt like he was betrayed by the president," Watkins added.
But according to Sen. Lindsey Graham, having Chansley testify would just turn the trial into a "circus."
"I cannot think of a better way to turn the upcoming impeachment trial into a complete circus than to call the QAnon Shaman as a witness on anything," Graham tweeted this Friday.
I do so hope this happens.

(2,690 posts)But I doubt he has any such information. Hell just appear in a business suit, crying about how he was hypnotized by the Orange Pantload. And then hell be tried and, I sincerely hope, be found guilty and sentenced to a long stretch in the Federal slammer.
Still, Ill pop the popcorn for his testimony.

(10,052 posts)This Q nut and his attention seeking whore of a lawyer are the last people the dems will want to testify. There are several good and earnest witnesses that should be called, but this guy is not one of them. The dems must keep this as serious a trial as the offense of sedition commands.

But he won't (hopefully) be the chair, and he will fall one vote short of making any decisions.

(9,670 posts)But what would be fascinating is if he divulged the vast GOP conspiracy that casts a net around all of these seditionists, Graham being one of them. This wasn't an ad hoc meeting of insurrectionists any more than the Tea Party was an organic grouping of individuals. There most certainly is a hierarchy and someone is going to spill the beans.

(13,180 posts)Republicans need a chance to look in the mirror and see what they've become. The "Shaman's" no more ridiculous or circus-like than Trump himself.

(302 posts)The more I want to hear what Graham is afraid this spiritual leader will expose. For as much of a poser and loser he is, Q-bacca was clearly an organizer and likely has detailed to investigators a number of conversations with Trump family and or loyalists. Let him name names.
And Graham is asking the DEMS to stop the circus atmosphere?!? Huh?!? Talk to your own crackpots, Linsey.
