I quit one job in my life because I had a serious issue with the owners and their lack of ethics. I was not going to let them drag my name down with them. You need workers and there are those who need a job, any job (and they can take it or leave it).... but there are those who CHOOSE to help grow your business and ACCEPT an offer of employment. It's a two-way street.
