If you're still there when the LE shows up -- you are already guilty of trespass. The shop owner (manager/employee) has right to ask you to leave. If you're still on the premises ... Breaking the law.

(granted -- often the LE is going to try to defuse the situation, without going full bore -- and oftentimes the business owner is OK with that. but neither has to.)
