however people describe it. It seems to keep Trump in check, which is good for the country. We have a system of checks and balances and he is trying to destroy that. I applaud her actions, however they are interpreted.

saw the radical/extremist left rushing to primary female Democrats (including some just elected) in favor of male challengers may be because women are all corrupt corporatists.

But molten lava level Hillary and Pelosi hate almost indistinguishable from the trumpists', though? Now that's...funny. Not.

It'll be interesting to see what LW strongman leader these attach to next and which of the many women in top offices they focus their vicious enmity on. We already know why.

I was hoping their complete inability to take down Pelosi might cause their heads to catch on fire, but maybe next time.

She cuts that asshole to the bone with her words.

I can't believe there's so much DU support for dumping her when she's said this is her last Congress as Speaker. We NEED her hand on the tiller to right the ship.

Open up and swallow them, Pelosi pointing her finger at Trump, probably with his arms wrapped around himself to keep from exploding... "The problem with you is all roads lead to Putin."

leadership of the House in these times. I do not believe that anyone else could have done nearly as good a job as she has. I am immensely greatful that we have been so fortunate to have someone as strong, shrewd, and capable as Madam Speaker Nancy Pelosi to steer us through such rocky times.

I know we need to bring in younger leaders for our future, but I believe we might not have had a future without Pelosi. Experience and ability do count.

I can't say that I am fan, but she knows how to use the political machine as well as anyone in the service of the Democratic party.

And I disagree with the premise that this was a difficult time to hold the congress together when they all had a clear common enemy.

The real challenge comes when we control the WH and perhaps the Senate, too.

I applaud her and love her work and service.

She is coming to the end of her career and the younger folks have a right to speak out.

When we were young, we were champing at the bit to change the world.
Some things never change and we have to let the youngsters have their time too.
Just like we elbowed our way in the power structure.
