How long will we be watching videos of people getting injections on the news?

It's only been a couple days and best I can tell, getting an injection of the covid vaccine looks pretty much like every other injection that every person has been getting for their entire life.

I thought the reporters standing outside the Pfizer factory in Michigan last week waiting for pictures of trucks was bad, but at least that ended pretty quickly.

I encourage the news media to keep covering people getting these vaccines. I don't see any problem with the coverage at all.

Sees that it’s easy and safe, and until they go out and get it themselves. There’s a whole lot of skepticism out there, especially in communities of color. It’s in all our best interests that this skepticism be overcome so that sufficient numbers of people choose to be vaccinated.

I am VERY excited for the prospect of earth becoming more social and open, again. I fully understand precautions will need to be followed for months but light is at the end of the tunnel.

I don't know if images of people getting vacinated eases the mind of anti vaxers but it won't hurt.

Visual proof we’re making progress. Offers hope.

TV producers can’t just show talking heads discussing it. But agree that it can be repetitive.

Look at all those health care professionals who are not afraid. It would be interesting if they would interview someone not willing to get the shot!

I can’t wait for it to start here.

I am kind of bored with seeing those long lines for food pick ups though. Seems like that is all they show on our local news. I know it’s important, but do they have to show every one by every charitable organization? May God forgive my uncharitable inclinations!

government plot. For those on the fence.

It serves to counter the ignorance.

It is much needed.

Yeah, I rolled my eyes at yet another truck watch or injection story - but then I'm not the target audience.

Also, it's a very good thing that there is a vaccine and that is something to be happy about.

we've all seen snow - we've driven in it - we know what it's like. And yet they send 1 poor reporter out to stand along a highway while the trucks and cars fly by, blowing wind, snow, and slush onto the poor guy or gal just to show us what we already know.
As for the "shots" - I'm just thrilled to see that they're happening!

The public needs to know that everyone should get the vaccine and it's safe and painless. Also though, it needs to be emphasized that some people getting the vaccine doesn't change the safety protocols we all should be following religiously.
