There seem to be so many leaks about people that Biden is considering. I can’t tell if these are trial balloons or if people are leaking things. Like the Mayor Bottoms leak yesterday that she was offered a position (some said Ambassador to Bahamas) but turned it down. Or others whose names float. I guess they are deliberately doing it similar to vp contenders. Hope they do not leak once the major positions are filled.

2. Not really leaks

It's the vetting process. People other than the nominee are asked about them and soon word on who's being considered gets around. Sometimes the "leaks" are deliberate to gauge reactions.
