That's the question that determines who won the debate.
If you just poll people asking who won the debate, you won't know who won.

(12,081 posts)does him winning the debate actually change anyone's vote? Probably not for the decided voters. And I'm just not sure there was enough information given tonight for the undecideds. Although on my local news they interviewed some undecideds and most of them didn't like the idea of taking so much out of the hands of the fed gov and making states responsible for more. I know here in Washington state our state is actually violating its state constitution by not fully funding education and most of us are not happy about that at all. so, I'm not sure the decentralization of gov argument is going to work well here.

(13,776 posts)Actually, I've had two different names and have been a member since 2000, but since I've been gone awhile, I couldn't remember my old name. My names were Kerry is my prez and Gore is my prez and they were outdated anyways because now Obama is my prez!
