Bossie attended the party in the East Room with other Trump cabinet and White House officials, including Trump’s chief of staff Mark Meadows and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Dr. Ben Carson who both have since tested positive, according to Bloomberg.

Additional unnamed attendees contracted coronavirus, according to CNN which reports that Meadows was not wearing a mask at the event and that Bossie has also been to the campaign headquarters recently.

The White House has repeatedly declined to disclose how many other attendees were infected at the event which saw few masks and no social distancing, according to the Associated Press.

Bossie is part of the Trump campaign’s “formal legal team” along with campaign manager Bill Stepien, senior advisor Jason Miller and former White House aide Justin Clark, according to Axios, with Clark appearing to be the only one who has practiced law, though lawyers will advise on lawsuits in key battleground states.
