Remaining vote will have to come in at 60% for Biden.

Though Joe is under performing 2016 in terms of margin in that county based on what is reported so far. Better hope for a much higher turnout in that county than 2016 and make it up on volume

In fact, I believe the person in charge in Milwaukee said they won't even start counting those votes until tomorrow. And I'm guessing that "85% of the vote in" refers only to votes cast at the polls on election day.
