Oh, wait, maybe they will be the first group to indoctrinate girls into Gilead's Handmaid Brigade. That makes sense then. Girl Scouts of Gilead.
Yes, that would be a good choice as a pilot program until it all becomes mandatory for all women in the country.

The Girl Scouts decided they would march in the Inauguration Parade, and the backlash was fierce.
They decided that individual girls could make a choice if they wanted to participate or not.
