Henry Kraemer @HenryKraemer 21mJust so were clear: Election Night is not a thing in any state or federal law in the United States.
States dont certify elections for weeks after Election Day. Thats also clear in federal law.
Any argument otherwise is complete nonsense.

And all on the incredibly flimsy basis of Kavanaugh's opinion, which appears to be based on what he thinks some people might say in a hypothetical situation.

...sparking discussions and debate which (necessarily?) float these bunk theories and opinions.
Unfortunately, that's the time to try and wrestle them to the ground - but disinformation is powerful, and doesn't always come directly from the opposition.
