Trump's campaign made stops nationwide. Coronavirus cases surged in his wake in at least five places

As expected, Trump is the super spreader in chief bringing the blessings of COVID outbreaks to battleground states.

As President Donald Trump jetted across the country holding campaign rallies during the past two months, he didnít just defy state orders and federal health guidelines. He left a trail of coronavirus outbreaks in his wake.

The president has participated in nearly three dozen rallies since mid-August, all but two at airport hangars. A USA TODAY analysis shows COVID-19 cases grew at a faster rate than before after at least five of those rallies in the following counties: Blue Earth, Minnesota; Lackawanna, Pennsylvania; Marathon, Wisconsin; Dauphin, Pennsylvania; and Beltrami, Minnesota.

Together, those counties saw 1,500 more new cases in the two weeks following Trumpís rallies than the two weeks before Ė 9,647 cases, up from 8,069 to 9,647 cases.

Public health officials additionally have linked 16 cases, including two hospitalizations, with the rally in Beltrami County, Minnesota, and one case with the rally in Marathon County, Wisconsin. Outside of the counties identified by USA TODAY with a greater case increase after rallies, officials identified four cases linked to Trump rallies.

7. These kinds of superspreader events...

have contributed greatly to our current surge
in cases and deaths.

I hope they all get it and suffer greatly...

Am I evil for saying that? I don't know, but
that's how i feel right now.

I'm just too saturated with the dying and
suffering of so many, all caused by sociopathic
rightwingers aided and abetted by Trump and
his cabal of nothing but evil corrupt stooges.

9. The Thing Is That It Is Not Limited to The State The Rally Takes Place

For example, Michigan, Wisconsin and Iowa have been experiencing major surges in the wake of Trump's rallies, but now you even have places like Illinois seeing increases, which is not surprising, since Illinois is right between these three Trump targets.

10. Thanks.

I was wondering why Illinois' numbers were
increasing so much.

5. Although some of the data was supposed to have appeared yesterday, PA reported 2,063 positives today

which was the highest daily total ever since the beginning of the pandemic, and it doesn't appear to be slowing.
