The A.G. of Mississippi just filed a brief to SCOTUS noting that circuit courts disagree on whether Robert's opinion in June Medical is controlling.
He says his case, a 15-week abortion ban, is an "ideal vehicle to promptly resolve... that question"

whose lives this will affect directly?
Their mothers and grandmothers had to endure the hardships and march for their rights.
Jeez, all the younger generation has had to do is VOTE, dammit!!
