About the Radcliff announcement tonight.

About that Ratcliffe presser tonight. Didn't Manafort already give the Russians names and addresses of US voters back in 2016? So what is new? It didn't seem to matter then, why now?

there are services that provide the lists.
Every campaign has them - phone numbers, addresses etc.

He was saying there are tons of ways to get that info. All of it can be obtained by an average person who knows basic tech stuff and access to the readily available info.
