6. I've been thinking exactly the opposite during this speech

In fact, that's been my number one impression throughout, that this is very good but simply not Bill Clinton caliber during his prime. Clinton had such commanding use of pauses, and connecting one point to another via big picture logic. More varied vocabulary also. Memorable phrases. Sparing gestures which meant each one meant more when he did use it. Varied tone and facial expressions depending on the point he was making.

9. Agree. Bill was the explainer and excellent on policy

Actually made policy sound interesting. His 2012 convention speech was a master class.

2. Watching him demonstrates how deeply SICK 45% of this country is.

He is simply one of the greatest leaders in human history, and 45% of this country hates him for it.

To the point that they will kill us and themselves to get back at him.

4. In his prime, Bill Clinton was a wonderful orator.

They are both so inspiring.

8. At times, yes.

Especially when he unbends and makes pointed comments.

I actually prefer Clinton's speaking style - he clearly enjoyed it so much to and he didn't have the same cadence - but compared to what he have to listen to now, that's just nit-picking.
