(14,565 posts)In fact, that's been my number one impression throughout, that this is very good but simply not Bill Clinton caliber during his prime. Clinton had such commanding use of pauses, and connecting one point to another via big picture logic. More varied vocabulary also. Memorable phrases. Sparing gestures which meant each one meant more when he did use it. Varied tone and facial expressions depending on the point he was making.

To the point that they will kill us and themselves to get back at him.

I actually prefer Clinton's speaking style - he clearly enjoyed it so much to and he didn't have the same cadence - but compared to what he have to listen to now, that's just nit-picking.
