Ohio: Democrats outnumber Republicans 3 to 1 in Franklin County early voting

Democrats outnumber Republicans 3 to 1 in Franklin County early voting so far, unlike 2016

With Republicans largely abandoning mail ballots, Democrats in Franklin County have rolled up a huge advantage in the first two weeks of early voting.

The party of former Vice President Joe Biden has cast 34% of the early votes so far, compared to less than 10% for the party of President Donald Trump, an analysis of Board of Elections figures shows.

In 2016 at this stage, Republican actually led in the share of early votes, about 28% to 27%.

Unaffiliated voters easily made up the biggest percentage in both years.

As a lifelong Ohioan this is great news. I'm newer to the political landscape but I guess most of the time we're a red state. I've heard that no candidate has won the Presidency without winning Ohio. I'm active in trying to get Joe Biden elected in my state daily up to election day. 45 has to go.

Prefer to vote in person on Election Day, for whatever reason.

Stuck in doing things the traditional way?
