CLAIM: Photo shows rappers Ice Cube and 50 Cent wearing hats that support President Donald Trump.
AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. The photo was altered to add a “Trump 2020” message to the hats.
THE FACTS: Social media users are circulating a manipulated photo showing two rappers wearing hats emblazoned with “Trump 2020.”
The president’s son, Eric Trump, tweeted the altered photo Tuesday.
