Small Victories.

A local FB page sent out a flier about a rally they were going to have on our town green sponsored by United American Patriots which is a national non-profit. All the dog whistles were there. Freedom, Patriotism, Support the police, American Heritage, and help us save America. Nothing on the flier mentioned trump so I got curious and visited their facebook page. I found it interesting that they used the United American Patriots in their name but added 2020. Also interesting... there was no link to the national organization so my red flags went up. I contacted the UAP organization by email and asked if they were affiliated with them. They answered that those people had started that page this year and were asked to change their name and they never received a reply. Bingo! Scam and con which is what you would expect. They used a legitimate charity to draw a crowd to what was only a trump rally held last Saturday. The national organization is now looking into what they are doing.

In the meantime, I saw that they were planning a rally this Sunday in a nearby town at the local Chick-Fil-A parking lot. I messaged that Chick-Fil-A and informed them who those people really were. The manager replied that they had no idea and said that the group was told that if they came to their property they would be trespassing.

Just like everything else related to trump they used deceit to run a con.
