Moderator needs to raise her voice, "YOUR TIME WAS OVER A MINUTE AGO."

Isolate them in booths. Cut tuer mics off. It's the only way since their strategy is to blabber and babble and Gish Gallop and not let any Democrat speak, at all.

Plus, hasn't he been paying attention to record heat, record fires, or a record hurricane season?
