He's got all the hallmark signs and comorbidities of someone who is going to crash.
And crash hard.

(20,998 posts)...the drugs and therapies in his bloodstream are only temporary, and this illness tends to lead to a medical crash, which can be even worse than the first illness episode.
Unless tRump* follows every bit of medical advice RIGOROUSLY, and actively works to get better, he's toast. And that means no more cocaine, no more Adderall. He needs to lose about 100 pounds (currently 322) and start exercising.

(1,997 posts)I think the reason most patients who crash after an improvement with COVID do so because they are not being well monitored. The warning signs to an impending decline are not noticed, or treatment is received too late. There has never been a patient as well monitored, and who has had access to so many therapeutic options.
