The type of evangelical that supports Trump, would not be affected by the seeming hypocrisy of Conway cursing her child and Melania saying "who gives a fuck about christmas". They have all of that dissonance wrapped up in justifications and bible stories to explain away troubling behavior. Children are secondary and it is the daughter's disrespect that is causing the situation. If anything, they would be on Conway for letting the daughter get away with the disrespect without severe consequences. Melania is just frustrated with what the liberal media is putting her through because she is a "righteous woman" trying to do good things and is being thwarted by the minions of satan.

Evangelicals (not all) tend to be unmoved by the personal, poor behaviors of others, as long as they are promoting the agenda of Christian domination of society.
