Was driving down Main Street and to my surprise came across the rolling trump freaks, the local repubs, driving around town with the trump flags on their cars and trucks. I was driving in the opposite direction. I quickly rolled down the window of my pickup and gave the biggest middle finger I possessed and yelled the biggest FU to each and every one of em (only about 10 -12 of em). The look on their faces was priceless!!! And, they didn't even have time to shoot at me. HAHAAAAAAAAAAAAA. I to a second and looked in my rear view, the kids in the car behind me were laughing their butts off. Such a wonderful afternoon drive. Fight, fight, fight!

(4,845 posts)I never heard or seen so many of these random parades before Trump. Some kind of march because of a specific incident (like Women's March) is normal. But these random town parades are like a weekly meeting for them and it's just very weird to me. It's cult like behavior to me. But I don't know if it's just a normal thing that happened even before Trump.

(28,817 posts)Just the people doing it probably arent very nice to bystanders.
If Dems did it we would be nicer Im sure.
No permits required. No position that can easily be attacked. Lots of support for a candidate.

(4,845 posts)I just find it odd that one weekend, lets go parade around town for Obama (for no apparent reason or news). And this seems much more common in the Trump era than the last 30 years I live.
Once again, if the march/parade has a purpose, I get it. But these don't. It just seems like their weekly book club meeting, but rather than reading, they are parading around town.
