This makes me think he is really worried, I can't imagine him not tweeting if he had mild symptoms. Unless they physically removed his twitter device from him.

I'm not sure it will, though. 74 years of thinking one is invincible makes him a hard nut to crack.

If I am a doctor and my patient is semi-sick, I would keep him/her away from the phone. Especially one that is famous and reading comment can trigger his emotions. You want the patient mood to be stable. So I would ban such patient from twitter.
