I think this is a Senate vote. Somehow, Schumer slipped it into the calendar procedurally. n/t

It should probably be illegal for the DoJ to sue against established law...

if it did, could the DOJ submit its brief as an amicus? The states would remain to pursue the USSC oral arguments.

It puts Republicans on the record opposing the ACA, but we are unlikely to pass the actual resolution.
