I'm guessing this qualifies as a late breaking issue.!!!!!

Format: The commission said that this debate will be "divided into six segments of approximately 15 minutes each." Wallace has chosen six topics, subject to change:

The Trump and Biden Records
The Supreme Court
COVID-19
The Economy
Race and Violence in our Cities
The Integrity of the Election

2. No. Trump needs the debates.

The status quo right now is Biden wins by 5% to 10% which is a electoral college landslide. Personally I don't think Trump has the discipline to change the race but bowing out of the debates would at a minimum guarantee the status quo (Trump losing big) if not increase his loss by a percent or two.

Point of comparison at this point in 2016 Clinton was polling up 2 points. Biden in an average of polls is polling up seven.

He has been fighting tooth and nail to keep his tax details secret. This is the worst thing that has happened to him.
