I think there will and they'll be a lot worse than his tax avoidance and that he pays a lot less than his supporters and everyone else for that matter.

(1,631 posts)I also think the steady stream of people distancing themselves from Trump is becoming a flood, and each and every one of them have a story to tell.

(8,419 posts)Huge business losses along with massive holdings. A great deal of illegal activity has to be included. It almost seems likely that some entity is propping him up, perhaps through money laundering??????!!!!!!
Every fucking single one of them should be tried and prosecuted for this scheme.

(65,904 posts)I think it will be less about tax avoidance and more about the massive debt load the organization is carrying.
I think we'll be finding out some proof PINO is teetering on being broke.

It does not include his personal returns for 2018 or 2019. This article offers an overview of The Timess findings; additional articles will be published in the coming weeks."...(more)

(17,757 posts)Hot for a week and then taking second page to a new scandal. Nothing seems to grow legs under Trump.

(1,631 posts)The problem that Trump faces is that there IS a new scandal or crisis each week, both because it's all coming to light now but also because Trump's ability to respond is diminishing daily. While he's "scandal-proof", many of the data points being exposed are now being connected, and this means that things that could have been hidden in a private trial are now common knowledge.
What I'm hoping to see is that Trump gets delegitimized to a sufficient degree that most of what he has done (including judicial appointments) get overturned. Trump ends up in jail, or some similar proxy, and he ends up becoming politically impotent.
