General Discussion

And that means knowing where to bring the pressure:
1) Among our leaders, particularly in the Senate, making it clear that any attempt to fill the seat before a new presidential term will bring severe consequences once we have control.
2) Identify the most vulnerable Senate Republicans up for reelection, and put the full pressure on them in their own states. That means marches, phone calls, donations to their challengers, etc. etc.
That's it. Nothing else that would be merely empty theater. No Internet petitions, no massive "Women's Marches" in NYC, Chicago, SF, or any other reliably-blue locale that won't have an effect on who controls the Senate next year. All such displays do is to boost the enthusiasm of the Trumpers, including in the critical states, because "We're making the libtards cry!!!" (which is their main motivation). No showing one's wrath by meaningless donations to generic Democratic causes, unless they're directly funding the challengers to those Republican senators mentioned above. And no moaning, here or anywhere they might be reading, about how we're now dooooooooooooomed for the next generation or more. Instead, clear-eyed discussion of what we're going to do in retaliation should the force their nominee through (expanding the court, adding DC, PR and Guam as states, increasing the number of House districts, etc., etc.) "Liberal tears" are their favorite delicacy -- instead, give them the fire of targeted, cold-blooded liberal fury.
