Any member of a national assembly can nominate for the Nobel Peace Prize.

So can university professors, researchers, past winners, and many others.

So some far-right dick in the Norwegian Assembly nominated Trump, so what? It shouldn't be hard to find a Congressperson, perhaps a large group of them, to nominate Biden. And Biden has a snowball's chance of winning!

I don't know if she's a good candidate but I'd like him to lose to a woman he's already lost to once and in a circumstance where he can't have some side vote declare him the winner over her.
