I realize "Bronzergate" is past its sell-by.

The make up artist apparently has 25 years of experience in the field. I can honestly say I know NOTHING about applying make up and would make anyone look like a clown if I had to do the job. However, I've watched enough ANTM to know that if one has applied so much bronzer that the area around the client's eyes is a different color than the rest of their face so as to make them look like a raccoon in reverse, one has overdone it. Not only that, but I would imagine a professional with 25 years of experience could determine this while the person was still in the makeup chair.

I suppose it's just wishful thinking to speculate on whether harmless-but -effective moments of strategic sabotage perpetrated by the masses actually exist, but after the waiter recorded mitt's fundraiser remarks, I figure anything's possible.

I do know this: more people talked about Bronzer than they did Mitt.

...to match the unnatural brorange Mitt showed up with, so he couldn't do much with the spots Mitt missed.

Rumor has it that Mitt makes his own Broangezer concoction from ground-up orange M&Ms to give him that chocolatey-orange appearance.

It's been a truism since the Kennedy/Nixon debates that a candidate's appearance vis-a-vis television makes a difference. Didn't anyone notice how bad that Day-Glow orange would look? Or did he wave them off? Either way, if he can't pick competent support or he won't listen to them, another reason not to let him anywhere near the nuke codes. If he can't/won't make good decisions about simple shit ...

Is Mitt going to steal more of his thunder and start showing up drunk for events before breaking down into crying jags?

I'm pretty sure Romney doesn't travel with his own make-up people. At least not until now.

Hands I can understand. I'm about four races right now based on sun exposure in different areas, but the Kraft chemical orange Mac&Cheese powder they use on Boner and rMoney aren't natural coloration. I'd get pulled over for driving while brown in AZ right now, but all I'd have to do is show them my lily-white belly. I change race every spring and in very short order. By February, I'm mostly back to white (which, along with black, are silly terms since neither really applies).

I think this is worth keeping alive for a while (like through 6 Nov). He's not fooling anyone, and ESPECIALLY not latinos.
