Since it seems pretty obvious Dump is going to lose regardless of what the final numbers say, every county elections official and secretary of state needs to be put on notice that a recount with public oversight will be needed and that the ballots must be protected for that purpose.

They will also need to raise $$ to pay for forensic analysis of the machines.
