Postal workers are sounding the alarm as mail sorting machines are removed from processing facilities

Postal workers are extremely patriotic, in the true sense of the word. But contractors? Boy I worry about them. Hopefully the postal inspection service (worst acronym ever, though drumpf probably likes it) is stepping up their surveillance and protecting ballots being returned.

5. Racists GOP politicians have targeted the Postal Service for demolition

since way back when Newt Gingrich, Dick Armey and Tom DeLay ran the House of Representatives.

USPS has a large percentage of AA employees making livable wages under the protection of an AFL-CIO affiliated union.

Trump on the bully pulpit screaming about "election mail ballot" fraud provides a convienient smokescreen for right wingers to finally dismantle the USPS.

Reports are the machines are being dismantled not just removed from service. These people are evil.

I went right to the front pages of NYT and WP this morning.... the Post Office story is nowhere to be found on the front "digital" pages.
