My suggestion on tax cuts and payroll tax...
Instead of suspending payroll tax, cut the income tax rate for the first $110K by 7.5%. Same amount of money in our pockets without touching Social Security. Then, lift the cap on Social Security taxes to make it solvent forever. Then raise the top income tax bracket rate to where it was before 2017.
