IMHO the ROOT of the evil tearing up our society originate with these vile RW extremist villains like Limpballs, Tuckface and Fox et al.
We need a movement to call it out, and pushback hard.
Good for Media Matters !!
Media Matters President and CEO Angelo Carusone released the following statement after The Hollywood Reporter published a story reporting that former 21st Century Fox CEO James Murdoch has resigned from the board of News Corp., severing his last remaining tie to the News Corp./Fox businesses:
...
...
At the center of Fox News and News Corp. is Murdoch control.
Today, James Murdoch made it clear that he no longer wants to be associated with the damage that his familys media properties continue to do to society. The blame going forward now rests squarely with Lachlan and Rupert Murdoch.
If James Murdoch hadnt already left Fox Corp. last year, you would have seen him quit Fox Corp. today too.
Its hard to blame him. In this year alone, Fox News has put the lives of Americans at risk spreading dangerous medical misinformation about the pandemic, prevented effective government action to save lives and the economy, stoked racial tensions by elevating and promoting white supremacists in the network, and served as a mouthpiece for Trumps conspiracy theories and extremism.
The Murdochs money comes from making America sicker, weaker, more divided, and less competitive around the world.
While his action of resigning alone does not absolve him of the blood on his hands caused by decades of Murdoch deceit, its an important step to no longer being part of the problem.

Im happy when someone sees the light. And its even more impressive when there are huge amounts of money at stake. Obviously hell never starve no matter what, but he seems like he and his wife value their integrity and the truth above the price of rubies. Good for them.
