UP because he's republican. They put him in congress to get him out of the county.
Seriously -- His record includes being fired from DOJ for ethichs violations, getting spanked by the state supreme court for violating the Constitution when he raided a Hispanic tax prep office and went fishing in private tax records looking for "illegals", refusing to prosecute an admitted rapist because he decided that the victim was merely suffering buyer's remorse -- and that's just for starters.
