Who are they and what standing do they have to poll?
They are worse than Rasmussen and Zogby (and that's BAD).
They know that RCP and all the other political sites pool the polling averages, so they parachute in with a pro-Romney poll every time a real pollster unveils a poll showing Obama leading in a state.
DU, Nate Silver, RCP and other political sites need to stop including their polls and pretend like they don't exist.

ON EDIT:
From the Angry Bear Blog:

After that too long introduction, I have an addition to the list Gravis Marketing. People much better informed than I about polls and pollsters haven't heard of them. They have a Republican house effect. according to Nate Silver Importantly, Silver only partially removes house effects from his averages, and other aggregators don't remove them at all.
