The wall of moms in Portland is a great idea.

To protect peaceful protesters from Trump's brown shirts. We are getting near our Bull Connor, Tiananmen Square, and Nguyễn Văn Lém moment.

stripped down to her face mask and faced the cops down? It was awesome. Although a brief google search didn't pick up on other women doing this throughout the ages, this is and has been a sure-fire approach to violence.
