Is this a swing district or is this a R seat? That big of lead for Biden likely means he’s taking Pennsylvania this time and could put this one in the D column

Upper income. Voted for Hillary. The Republican incumbent fought off a bad challenger in 2018.

Fitzpatrick is a pro at looking “moderate”. The Party sometimes lets him vote our way when they know they’re going to win regardless. I’m glad Finello won the primary as her opponent was a Bernie Bro and this is a purple district.
