Fanning the flames of division and hate
Trump's tweet about "looting starts, shooting starts" is right out of Alexander Dugin's and Putin's playbook.
Dugin was Putin's political strategist, and in his book "Foundation of Geopolitics", he specifically stated thay there should be promotion of racial conflict in the United States.
Trump is a Russian asset.
