I watched the moon landing as a 6 year old. I love the space program. The most exciting part is the actual moment off lift off. I really wanted to see the actual moment of lift off live. I should not have watched a cable news feed.

I still get a creepy feeling watching any launch. Ill never forget the shape of that cloud hanging in a clear blue sky for what seemed like hours. There wasnt a whiff of a breeze that day. So no, I didnt watch. Glad it went off well.
