He's only got about 6.80 mil to go. Unless all of the Democrats that 'like' him for the trolling fun decide to bail on him. Then he's probably got about 6.90 mil to go.

10. Begging for "likes" on what is mostly a kiddie site

is almost as pathetic as paying for followers on Twitter.

While the savvy politician can use both sites to his or her advantage, this isn't the way to do it.

isn't it also possible to register a "Dislike" for any given entity? I wonder, how many dislikes he has so far, and what it would take to register my own dislike for him?

About a month ago, I noticed some "_____ Likes Mitt Romney!" posts on people's FB pages - people who I KNEW would never 'like' anything to do with the man.

I contacted them, and they knew nothing about it - and immediately removed the offending post from their page.

The "likes Romney" post was usually lumped in among posts like, "_____ is now friends with ...", or "_____ posted on so-and-so's wall ..." In other words, in a place where the FBer was unlikely to notice it being there.

So I can't help but wonder how many of those Romney "likes" are even legit.
