I was simply having a hard time with the fact I was once again listening to an intelligent individual give a clear and coherent speech, without looking like a sociopath and an idiot.

But I’m delighted to have listened and I know he reached millions of High School Seniors and inspired them. He was right. They’re going to be growing up faster than the rest of us adults.

Normal, intelligent, articulate and approachable. Not someone who has to put on false airs (let alone hair or skin tone) to try to impress people. He let his mind and his word impress us, which for me at least, they did.

I liked it, a lot.

I've grown to dislike ties since Trump took office, but I actually think it's just the falseness of all of Trump's facade I dislike and have been associating with them. I didn't realize this until I saw Obama being genuine tonight.
