Listening to the Burr excuse that he traded based on public information...

the question I have is, did he rely on International news to base his opinion? Did he see the pandemic coming because he followed global news sources? And if so, if this process is good for his stock trades, shouldn't it also have been good enough to prepare this country for a coming pandemic?

By definition, his position offers him info the public doesn't have.
