That "syringe" he held up is not really a syringe. It has no needle on it. I don't even think that kind has a needle attachment for it, does it? Maybe someone with more background in veterinary or human medicine knows, but that looks like one my vet gave me to hand feed a sick pet one time. It has no needle on it.

I still say to assholes like that to put their money where their mouth is. Go and and show us. Do it yourself.

He does get a lot of flak on Twitter from people who think he's serious. He's a professional comedian.
And, yes, the syringe is probably from giving his young kids flavored amoxicillin at some point in the past. I had those on hand all the time when my kids were younger.
