2. I checked for my husband too
Mon Apr 20, 2020, 03:08 PM
Apr 2020

His said the same thing.

I filed in 2018 and 2019.

For 2019 I filed on Feb. 1, 2020.

They were saying it takes the IRS 6 weeks to get the info. into their system once they receive it.

That said, I mailed the return over 3-1/2 mos. ago so maybe this is true?

I don't know abt. anything anymore!

I called and they said since I filed my 2019 taxes, I have to wait for them to accept the return.
Hell, they already cashed the check I sent them! Where's my check in return?
They are going to pretty much cancel each other out.

$1500 was gross income for 2019.

That is what I reported and mailed in.

I did not submit via TurboTax. Opted not to mail it in but printed it out and mailed it in in an envelope.

As to why, I have no idea why is seems to work for me anyway --- ????????

This time it said my check will be mailed 24April. I filed my taxes for 2018 and 2019, did not get refunds, and my Social Security is a direct deposit. As much as I need the money, the thought of receiving a check with my name on the same piece of paper as the orange rump’s signature disgusts me.

11. Mine finally updated
Mon Apr 20, 2020, 03:23 PM
Apr 2020

It says mine will be deposited on Apr 22.

But my mom’s status is still unavailable. I guess that is because she is on SS direct deposit but did not file the last 2 years?

Apr 22 is the day she gets her Social Security, so maybe the two payments and her SS will be the same day.

Note: If you receive an SSA or RRB Form 1099 or SSI or VA benefits, your information is not yet available in this application.

(I wish they'd hurry up a little. Living on nothing but SSA, I'm down to my last fifteen filet mignons and I've had to open my next-to-last 3-liter bottle of 2018 Lafite-Rothschild Bordeaux. Good thing I swore off the beluga caviar.)
