Will you vote in November if you have to go to the polls?

I will. If I have to walk barefoot over a bed of nails and broken glass and through a thick cloud of coronavirus-infested droplets, I will do it. That's how bad I want to vote that crooked arrogant con man out of office. I hope I'll be able to vote by mail, but if I have to go to the polling place, I will do it.

In my county in Florida, I have had a standing order for an absentee ballot since 2004 and have not failed to get mine (and my husband’s) in the mail — usually weeks ahead of Election Day. Every so often, they contact me by email to inquire if I would like to continue receiving my ballot this way. I say yes. The ballots keep coming. Easy peasy. We sit at the kitchen table and fill out our ballots. No lines. No waiting. Drive to post office, drop them in the ballot box —- er’ mail box. I can even check online in a few days to see if they got them. Great system!
