Ohio lawmaker says she'll press crimes against humanity charge against Trump over hydroxychloroquine

From The Hill

Ohio state Rep. Tavia Galonski (D) said that she will make a “referral for crimes against humanity” over President Trump’s promotion of the antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for the novel coronavirus, despite its unproven benefits and lack of long-term Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval.

“I can’t take it anymore. I’ve been to The Hague. I’m making a referral for crimes against humanity tomorrow,” Galonski tweeted late Sunday.

Where?
The International Criminal Court?
The US is not a signatory to the ICC, so just where is she going to press charges at?

Crimes against Humanity are the purview of the ICC, of which the US is not a signatory, so just where is this Rep. going to go to press charges?

I suspect she didn't think this through because she is so enraged that it overcame her common sense.

The Mango Menace has a bad habit of doing that to people.

unsuspecting people, and promises a cure, etc. Just like Jim Bakker did ... all in a blatant attempt to deceive others and promise the moon for a fake cure.

And she can't press charges, only Federal, State or Local DA's can do that.

The Hague has no authority to press charges against a US president, the US is not a signatory to the ICC.

I'm sure that the powers that be will find somewhere to file such crimes against humanity. It'll be done somehow, I am not to analyze where and what and how and all that, that's an attorney's job, not mine.

they have no jurisdiction over the US at all and I highly doubt any US District Attorney will entertain any such charge.

I'm not saying it's a bad idea, but it just ain't going to happen, especially at the Hague.
