I could call my nightly cigar therapeutic. Because it is very relaxing.

But it’s gonna do nothing to keep me from getting sick. No more than some tea.

And I drink green tea every morning. Love it. But it not providing protection from a disease.

If you find it soothing and relaxing go for it. But don’t think it will have any effect on a virus.

And some herbal concoctions sold to desperate people actually can damage organs. None can help fight off a virus.

From a scientific standpoint. Which is where is where I live. Buy if the make you feel relaxed I’ve got no problem with them.

My real concern is two fold. Once we reject science some people will rely on them at the exclusion of real data. The other that some con-man or well meaning nut is recommending taking something that can cause harm.

Have a nice evening.

faster recovery, not meant as a cure but an aid, there is nothing that "cures" covid but your own immune response.
