and I don’t find this surprising at all.

IMO, I doubt there will be any tennis until next year.

Fortunately, I have TC,(and TC Plus and ESPN+ ) so I’ve been watching Miami Open 2019. I never can remember who won a match - except for semi’s and final, so it’s like watching or the first time.

Well, I imagine he lives in the NYC area, but damn.

I hadn’t heard that yet. If it had to be a McEnroe, I wouldn’t have picked him, if you know what I mean.

He does commentary across the planet

The tennis commentator and former French Open doubles champion Patrick McEnroe has confirmed he has tested positive for Covid-19.

The 53-year-old announced the news in a video posted on his Twitter account. “We’ve been on full quarantine, our entire house now, for well over two weeks,” he said. “I encourage everyone to do the same. Let’s get this thing. Let’s nail this thing. I’m an example of someone who has been able to fight through it. I’m doing absolutely fine. Thoughts and prayers to people who are struggling with this.”

And of course I wouldn’t wish it on John, or even Pat Cash, or the Aussie guy with the name I’m to lazy to look up...

Really going to miss tennis this year, but at least I don’t have to endure the sadness I felt watching the last two years without my mom.

She must be shaking her head somewhere. She really wouldn’t have believed this.

He comes from a wealthy family, but since they're from a minority group, he has faced more than enough discrimination. Sadly he has still not come to terms with which battles are worth it.
He should study the Aborigines and learn how they were treated. It might calm him down.
