which shows he's either a bare-faced liar to the governors, or he is hopelessly uninformed. Either way, he is getting in the way of anyone who could do anything positive. It's notable that Bullock addresses his remarks to Dr. Fauci (who knows things, is not a compulsive liar, and, most importantly, wants to keep people safe, as opposed to Trump's goal, which is re-election). Trump interrupts to talk bullshit anyway.

lying or uninformed, which is short term memory loss due to some type of dementia.
Or, it could be a combination of dementia and lying. It's hard to know with a known pathological liar. Neither option is good for the country.
