Maybe there should be another impeachment vote soon?

Growing number of Republican Senators in quarantine increase the chance of articles passing.

Add to the articles something along the lines of disbanding the pandemic response team before a pandemic, gross incompetence in an emergency, refusing to order testing, refusing to invoke the Defense Production Act, etc...

Also I hate to say it, but Pence is extraordinarily more competent in an emergency.

Who has several state emergencies he responded to rationally in the years he was governor. I still trust him more than the half conscious infected pimple in the White House right now.

Although we would only have him for a few months before Biden is elected anyways

The one with basic administrative experience, or the blithering moron? I mean, hell, I would take Pelosi over either of them obviously, but given how unlikely my initial scenario is, I doubt the preferred situation is any less so.

"So many dildos, so little time." A perfect description of the state of our nation. I meant Pence.

Might prove to be a little difficult to pull off. I suspect that some of us may be a little perturbed by the distraction from the other important job at hand.

However, if Trump were gone from the political scene, the Republican choice probably wouldn't be the nodder anyway. He would be way to easy to beat. I just can't see him whipping the red hat gang into a rapturous chant of Lock Her Up.

His gross mishandling of this situation nearly demands for somebody else to take over immediately.
